Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and information regarding all products. However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production differences.

While we aim for accuracy, typographical errors or pricing mistakes may occasionally occur. Lisa & Daniel Vancouver reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.


Orders & Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their selected payment method is valid and authorized.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations are suspected.

We reserve the right to investigate and dispute any chargebacks or payment disputes. In such cases, we will provide all relevant order, payment, tracking, and delivery confirmation evidence to the payment provider.


Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1 – 3 business days

  • Estimated shipping time: 7 – 10 business days (depending on location)

Orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partner to ensure efficient delivery and product availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or external circumstances beyond our control.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the stated processing and delivery times.

All orders include tracking information. Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery if required.


Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed information regarding returns, eligibility, and refunds.

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as processing may have begun.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of misuse, excessive returns, or suspected abuse of our policies.


Liability

Lisa & Daniel Vancouver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer cannot be refunded if the address was incorrect.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for issues arising after confirmed delivery.
