Return Policy
At Lisa & Daniel Vancouver, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. While we carefully curate and inspect our collections, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary. Please review our return policy below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items may only be returned after they have been physically received.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but visible wear is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
- The return address may differ from the original shipping address. Returns sent to the original shipping address will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Please contact us at info@lisadanielvancouver.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

After your request is reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions.

The item must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved based on the return conditions, a refund will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
- We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit without receiving the returned item.
Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Liability

Lisa & Daniel Vancouver is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, changes cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is refused or not collected by the customer, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or losses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the customer not accepting or collecting the package. In such cases, no refund or reshipment will be issued.
