Shipping Method & Origin

Orders placed with Lisa & Daniel Vancouver are fulfilled through our international logistics partners to ensure product availability and efficient service.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation

  • If tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lisa & Daniel Vancouver is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages due to incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues once the package has been successfully handed over to the shipping provider.
